One of the prominent microwave dangers is eating food cooked in them. Though cooking gets a lot more convenient since the advent of the microwave, nutritional value has suffered tremendously. Microwave cooking is one of the main reasons for the health problems. The scientific studies go on to prove that the microwave cooking is hurts your health, destroys the nutritional value of your food and imparts radiation to your body long after the food has cooled. There are also blood changes that can be attributed to microwave usage. One of those is that microwaves or should I say eating microwaved food tends to decrease the hemoglobin level of the blood. So, the next time you think about using a microwave, maybe you should thinkabout what it’s cooking inside of you.
