Getting A Great Workout On A Treadmill

My workout routine was stuck in a rut.  I have a stair climber and a rowing machine and I use them faithfully.  I also watch what I eat, and it seems that no matter what I do I never get below a certain weight.  I decided to look at treadmills for sale and see if adding a treadmill might make the difference that I needed.  I got one and it is great.  I can walk, jog or run depending on my mood and it really gets my heart rate up so much better than my other machines.  I have already lost ten pounds and I am still going strong.

I’m Sure These are Well Worth it…

These dolce gabbana sunglasses I purchased the other day weren’t the cheapest things I’ve ever bought but they seem to be well worth the investment. In fact after wearing my new pair for about 3 weeks I don’t see how I could ever wear anything else. The style is to my liking and the price isn’t that far off either, with options for everyone I don’t see how anyone could go wrong. I can’t imagine that these glasses would be leaving my sight for as long as I can see. In fact I might be getting myself another pair sometime really soon.

Working out for two

It has been much too long since I have had a flat stomach.  I have enever worked out before having kids.  I had 2 kids and my stomach is so far from flat.  I am in desperate need of some flat stomach workouts soon.  Since I am broke, I am probably going to shop around for a good video or 2.  The holiday is right around the corner I might have to ask for this sstuff for a christmas present from my mom.  She needs to workout too, so she might bea able to find some stuff for herself along the way.

A New Gig

I just landed a new gig working as a painter.  I love that I get paid every week and get to work in different homes and businesses all of the time.  The one thing that worried my is since I am an independent contractor I do not get insurance benefits.  A friend told me about a private health insurance plan he used to use and I gave them a call.  They set me up with the perfect plan for me and that price was great.  I feel relieved that I have insurance now, even if I never have to use it, I know it is there.
