95 % Commercial Property Loans Are Possible

Many business folk find it hard to secure commercial finance ltd loans as the banks need at least a 30 percent deposit and in a number of cases even 40 percent deposit. A suggestion that has been about for a couple of years in SA enables borrowers / speculators to put down as little as even five pc and they equity partner will put in the difference ie 25% up to 35% and then the borrower and the equity partner will go to a local South African bank and secure the difference.
