Before you take their advice make  sure they possess a few traits that make you want to take their guidance. Can the firm give examples of problem solving? This is a good trait to have because it is a good way to see  if they have the knowledge and know-how you want. Does the company take your organization’s needs into account? You do not want to hear bragging and how about how many clients they have. You want to hear what they can do for you and how they will do it. Did the consulting firm talk about their client’s confidential information? There are just a few traits to look for.When interviewing a consulting firm, ask questions and then listen to what is being said.
