High Gas Prices

Truck drivers keep our society running. There is no doubt about it-we need truckers on the road. Trucking jobs are so important because they transport everything from foods, medications, retail products-everything. With gas prices so high, and continuing to rise, truck drivers are under more pressure than ever to drive smarter and save the companies money wherever possible. Trucking companies are going to have to continue to pay these high gas prices, which in turn is causing the prices of the items they are carrying to rise as well. Even the price of rice is going up at a record rate.
