What happens if you lose your job? What about if your spouse loses there job? How are you going to repay all of your debt? If you have tried to figure out an answer, but you are finding that there is no answer then filing Ch 7 Bankruptcy is the choice for you.
By filing Chapter 7 you are declaring that there are sever financial hardships and you can’t not fulfill your financial obligations. That there has been a change with the income that is coming in and you just are not able to afford to pay all of your bills.
