NLP believes that people make the best choices open to them in any actual situation. Though the choice they may not have been the best choice in your viewpoint. The individual that made the choice believes it was the right one. nlp looks for to help people find more selections and so become more flexible in their behaviour, In later modules you’ll learn about how you operate and’work’ as an individual. Once you know how you operate you may become more flexible and have more decisions at your expendable. Application to Business For example someone may make a pricey mistake, however they believed it was better to take a chance than to talk about the problem with an improved. Maybe they don’t work well under pressure and this is their characteristic response. Given NLP training they could open up and see that they can change how they react or act under stress.
