It is important to know where mortgage sub prime leads come from before buying. The lead company should obtain their own leads through web sites that they own and operate. Otherwise, you could buy a lot of dead leads with names and addresses of people who do not have a sub prime mortgage problem.
Do not purchase leads from mortgage lead companies who recycle leads, or purchase from a third party vendor. It is embarrassing to be the tenth person to call a customer within the same week. Even if the customer is remotely interested, frustration from the annoying phone calls is a turn off.
Your customer service experience is an indication of the quality of mortgage sub prime leads that you may receive. Do not expect good leads from poor customer service.
