Down on the water it is very relaxing to sit and enjoy the water wash over your feet and the nice brisk breeze blowing through your hair and keeping you cool.  I love coming down to the Inner Harbor of Baltimore City Maryland because it is so calm and peaceful out on the water but bustling and entertaining all around the docks.  I walk here from Silo Point almost everyday just to enjoy the tranquility of the dinner cruises or to do some shopping in Harborplace is also very nice before having a meal out on the water with your spouse or family.
