Soda Ash In Toothpaste

Did you know that Sodium Bicarbonate can be used to make glass, but it is also a key ingredient in may household products. Sodium Bicarbonate, also known as Soda Ash, is even found in toothpaste. In toothpaste Soda Ash acts as a foaming agent and also works to temporarily raise the levels of pH in the mouth. It is important to keep the proper level of pH in the mouth in order to make sure that it is healthy and not at a dangerous acidic level. Soda Ash has proven to be a great chemical that is an important part of many different household products.
