Working lunch

Our conference centre has been booked for a working lunch for 120 delegates.  Luckily we have just refurbished and have purchased some new tables.  We found these when a local hotelier told us about the range of tables for banqueting conferences and hotels that their supplier had.  We went along to the warehouse and saw some very high quality produce.  The delegates have asked for a simple buffet menu which they can help themselves to and everything will be placed on the tables so that they don’t have to move around.  My staff will be available to serve tea and coffee as and when they are needed.
