I currently live in Auckland but am getting sick of the big city lifestyle. I’ve been trying to decide where I really want to move and settle down and I’m thinking Taupo would be a great lifestyle choice. I went online and searched for Lake Taupo Real Estate in New Zealand and found some beautiful properties. I really think the city sucks positive energy out of you and everyone is always in a hurry to be somewhere. I’m going to take a drive down to Taupo this weekend to look at few properties. Phillip Island Holiday House was therapeutic for our mate.  Our friend Ian had just gone through a messy divorce and we were hoping to help him get his mind off things with a round of golf. Everything was fantastic, from the hearty breakfast to the warmth and friendliness of our hosts who also happened to be quite knowledgeable about golf. This was a spur of the moment golfing holiday trip to Phillip Island that we had hardly planned for. Yet, when we arrived at the Phillip Island holiday house, we were pleasantly surprised to find that our hosts had everything ready for us.

I was talking to my mom not to long ago about me moving and how much space I needed since I was having a baby. I told her I was looking for a great place to live with a good school close by. She told me about tucson apartments and how she like where the apartments were and the school that was really close. I asked her if she would come with me the next day to see what they had to offer. Well I was approved in no time and I will be moving into a three bed room apartment. I hope the baby loves the room and how I will decorate it.

The House is Finally Done!

After 8 months of work, my first flip house is ready to be sold. I’m so proud of myself! I can’t believe I went from knowing absolutely nothing about Flipping Real Estate to having a house ready to sell in less than 5 years. That may seem like a long time to some people, but I didn’t get a mortgage for this house. I saved and paid cash for it. Let me tell you, saving $35,000 takes some time. Add in the cost of materials and contractors, and I’m going to have to sell the house at $70,000 to make a profit. But I’m not worried about it. It will sell because its such a nice house!
