So Many Opportunities

There are so many ways for our youth to get a good education.  They have a whole world of opportunities available to them.  The Internet has opened up a whole new realm of possibilities for them.  They can actually take courses online and get a degree from the comfort of their own home.  They can also learn a new trade.  I saw a commercial yesterday that told of all of the trade classes available online and it even included maintenance training.  There is definitely something for everyone and our youth should be glad that they have so many choices.  Their future is at their fingertips.

How Does a Cell Phone Jammer Work?

Cell phones are in constant contact with cell towers communicating various things like its identification number.  Cell phone towers have a range of communication of around 25 kilometres.  They are spaced around 20 kilometres apart and their area of range is called a cell.  Hence the term cell phone.  When you make a cell call the phone connects to the tower sending a request to the towers computer to locate the identification number of the phone you dialled.  Once this is located the tower connects to the tower of the phone you called telling it to establish a connection with the phone you are calling making it ring.  Once the ring is answered the two cell phones are put into communication with each other and talking can begin.

The cell phone jammer works to prevent any contact with the cell phonetower.  The jammer saturates and floods the signal range that the cell system uses with more power than cell phones emit and the phone cannot establish any connection with the cell tower.  This prevents any communication within the jammers range.

I am not sure how everyone enjoys watching their favorite television show or their favorite movie.  Some people are content to simply absorb the plot and script and basically watch a book.  What I want is to feel as though I am right in the middle of the events I am viewing.  I enjoy the graphics, the sound, and the whole environment of whatever media I am enjoying.  What really works in this regard are video glasses.  Get me a video game, get me a movie, get me an iPod–this innovation can inexpensively alter what I am involved with for the better!

My IPod Battery

For my seventeenth birthday my parents gave me an ipod touch. I was so happy because I had been wanting one forever. I am on the school track team and when I run I listen to the songs that I have downloaded. One day after school I was running, listening to music, and then my ipod just quit. I was freaking out. I took it in to an ipod repair shop to see what was wrong with it. I was so relieved when I found out that it was just that the battery had died. The battery was replaced and I was back out running.
