A High Fat Diet for Chidlren Having Seizures Helped My Son

My son was diagnosed with epilepsy about seven years ago.  He has been on several different medications, but they are always having to be changed or adjusted which is really hard to deal with.  This is especially so now that he’s older because he doesn’t always think he needs his medication because time will go by and he won’t have a seizure.  What I feel has helped is that new high fat diet for children having seizures.  He follows this diet and I find that even when he forgets to take his medication or we are in the midst of having it adjusted, his seizures do not recur.
