The healthful benefits of green tea are many. Some green tea benefits are lower blood pressure and lower cholesterol level. Green tea helps fight cancer and aids in digestion. Green tea can help bring down blood sugar levels. The antioxidants in green tea help to speed up the metabolism which can help with weight loss. The benefits of green tea have been known for thousands of years. I can’t believe I’m just finding out about them! I’m sorry it’s taken me so long, but now that I know about green tea I’m going to make it a part of my daily diet.
