The easiest way to combat bad breath is by doing it at home. Some of the most effective ways of getting rid of bad breath come from bad breath home remedies . Stop using excess amounts of garlic and onions in your food. This is especially recommended for uncooked garlic and onion. The pungent odor of these items only worsens the breath condition. Rinse your mouth with warm water with a pinch of salt and/or lemon juice in it. Drink pineapple juice after a meal consisting heavily of garlic and onion. You will be surprised at how effectively the bad breath is gone.
