Coffee tea or surgery?

Plastic surgery is no longer confined to the Hamptons or Hollywoods of California. You can now find people who have undergone plast surgery in many walks of life throughout the U.S. One day soon people will be asking their patrons "Would you like coffee, tea, or surgery?" Or better yet plastic surgery buy one get one free specials will become the norm.
Now don’t get me wrong. Many people need plastic surgery for various relevant reasons, but with the current plastic surgery boom it will not be long before we are being served plastic surgery with our coffee and tea.
