Dance That Belly Away

Recently, my clubbing has gone up considerably. That’s probably because I’m single once again. Oh well, I just left my hubby though I kept the necklace he gifted me! Now, after partying late, I usually return home with a full stomach. And I just can’t keep my eyes open. My doc told me it’s the gravest mistake I’ve been doing for the past few months- sleeping with my stomach full. Ideally, there should be a three hour gap between your dinner and hitting the bed to allow the food sufficient time to be digested. This surely prevents Stomach Fat.
