Fitness Techniques - Do Not Let Yourself Become Stale
March 30th, 2008 by admin
Some people really do get into their chosen sport and literally play day in and day out at every opportunity. This is fine for a while and will certainly help to improve your game but it can also make you stale. Staleness is a mental rather than a physical problem and can come on quite suddenly and is often a very strong emotion. In essence, you suddenly find that you have lost all interest in your sport and everything that goes along with it and it is not uncommon for people to say in all sincerity that they never want to play again. The secret when planning out your plan of fitness techniques is to schedule in some time out at regular intervals so that your dreaded stale day never arrives. Take time out to do something completely different from time to time and don’t be tempted to put your diversion off for another day.
