Getting A Great Workout On A Treadmill

My workout routine was stuck in a rut.  I have a stair climber and a rowing machine and I use them faithfully.  I also watch what I eat, and it seems that no matter what I do I never get below a certain weight.  I decided to look at treadmills for sale and see if adding a treadmill might make the difference that I needed.  I got one and it is great.  I can walk, jog or run depending on my mood and it really gets my heart rate up so much better than my other machines.  I have already lost ten pounds and I am still going strong.
