How can I get rid of skin wrinkles?

I really want to baby my skin now that I am getting older so that I can stay looking as young and healthy looking as possible. I haven’t always been as kind to my skin as I should have, so I am trying to make up for it as much as possible. Are there any skin wrinkle products that actually get rid of skin wrinkles? If not, which are the most effective anti wrinkle creams? If nothing else I would like to actually minimize their appearance as much as possible. What is the best skin care regimen for preventing more wrinkles?
