My Weight Loss Diet Woes

I used to be very thin. My relatives and friends likened me to a willowy bamboo. I ate chocolates, cakes, and ice creams as if there was no tomorrow. Still, I did not gain weight. That was then. It is a different story now. My weight Loss Diet Woes started about the same time when I discovered I had hormonal imbalance. It seems like no matter what I did, diet, exercise and the likes, I kept on gaining weight. I am now in a constant quest for an effective program. I do hope that someday I will be able to find the right.
