Neck and Shoulder Acne

Neck and shoulders are the parts of the body where acne can be a common feature. Neck is a highly sensitive area. The front neck may require a regular body acne treatment regimen. The back neck is a tougher area and may require the back regimen which incorporates glycolic acid. To avoid neck acne do not wear clothes with high collars. The acne could spread to the shoulder through hair. So the hair hygiene is essential to avoid neck and shoulder acne especially one has dandruff and facial acne. Some hair products like hair sprays and shampoos consist of harsh chemicals, affecting the skin on our neck and shoulders. So use branded company hair products and shampoos that suit your skin type. Use good moisturizer for your neck and shoulder, as skin on the neck needs more moisture than most other parts of the body.
