Set A Realistic Goal
September 5th, 2008 by admin
One of the first steps before finding any good weight lifting routines is to set realistic goals for yourself. There are people who weight lift to gain size. People weight lift to lose weight. People weight lift to get toned and ripped. Whatever you goals are make them reasonable. You don’t want to be too broad and you don’t want to be too unreasonable. You’re not going to gain 50 pounds of muscle in 2 days. It takes time and it takes effort. So whatever you want to achieve, make sure those goals are reasonable so that they can be achieved.
