Some Of The Causes Of Athritis

Do you know that when I was a kid, our family doctor told me that I will eventually have all the sickness that my father has now.  Great doctor huh.  Anyways, since my father is suffering from athritis, i wanted to know some Causes Of Arthritis.  They are genetics (so my doctor is right), age (hmm , i will probably be getting it soon), weight (ha! I gained a lot of since God knows when), previous injury (so glad I do not have that one), occupational hazards (i do not work at least not in a construction site), some high level sports (no worries here), illness or infection (Oh no!).  So now chances are I will probably be getting athrities in the next couple of years.
