Trainings Classes of Tai Chi Chuan

The exercises of Tai Chi Chuan are designed to develop perfect harmony between physical and mental strength. Training of Tai Chi Chuan is mainly based on five basic areas like Short and Long Form, Fighting applications, Nei Kung, Push-Hands, and Taoist Meditation.

Students can start these training classes at any time through out the year. Besides a Master Chu, one or two student teachers work with students. As a beginner, you should emphasize more on practice and correct alignment. After completing the formal course at training class, you can join Tai Chi Chuan workshops under the guidance of your training teacher.
