Wild Yam Extract
June 29th, 2008 by admin
For many women, when they hit menopause, it is a critical time in their lives. They go from living active, normal lives, to all of a sudden having to take things which can have some side effects. From mood swings to bloating and weigh-retention, side-effects are not fun at all. Wild yam extract is being studied as a possible natural substitute for some things. It is said to grow in Mexico and it might have some of the same properties of other products. Although I would certainly take this as a case where you talk to your doctor first, it may be something to look into if you are experiencing hormonal problems and looking for doctor-supervised alternative complimentary help.
