A great way to reduce those high summer electric bills is to install Solar Ceiling Fans. These energy efficient fans not only make you feel cooler because of the breeze they produce, but they also do a great job of circulating the air to make the air cooler. They can even be used on reverse to do the opposite in winter. Then the rising heat is circulated downward and cooler air pushed up to the ceiling helping you use your heaters less. These fans are available with a back up battery in the rare case that not enough solar power is stored.
