My girls are only 10 and 12 right now but I am looking in to the not so distant future and see that I do not have enough money to send them to college. I need some mortgage advice on what would be a better way to invest in their future. Should I pull out of my home mortgage and put away the extra cash in to their college funds? Or maybe I should just try to keep the money in the home until the time they do go into college and try to work on my finances at that time.
