Investment property in Sofia, Bulgaria

It has come to my attention that Bulgaria is becoming a great place to by investment property. Property in Sofia, Bulgaria interests me the most because of its beautiful mountains and lovely scenery. I think that as the area develops it will become a great place to vacation and to retire for many Europeans. There is a bit of a language barrier at the present time but as people move there that will change. I am excited to look into this further as I am a bit of a risk taker and think this might be a good risk worth taking.
