A Friend of Mine was Desperately needing my Help

Last Wednesday, my friend had called me on the phone and was mentioning about for a personal secured loans. He wanted to put for a new business and had no capital to put up for his new business. He wanted me to help him in applying for a loan in the bank for him to put up for his business. Since my brother works in the bank, he wanted me to tell my brother to help his loan application to be granted to him to put up for a new business. He was very willing to do for anything, just for his loan application to be approved. It was his last hope to put up for his business and had to apply for a loan application to it.
