Breakups aren’t a fun time

A breakup can happen for any number of reasons. Maybe one partner does something really hurtful to the other, there could be a relocation involved, or a new job, both of which may be out of either partner’s control, or may they simply grow out of love with one another. But still, that looming desire to ”get my ex back” can be over-bearing at times. Nonetheless, perhaps the most important thing that you can do is to try and move on with your life. Don’t expect that things will return to the way they were. Holding on to this hope can keep you from just living your life once again.
