Lucid Dreaming - What’s so great about it?

There have been certain instances where when I wake up from a dream I have always wondered if I could change something about it. I heard about the website www.ilovelucid.com, and it talks about the great things about lucid dreaming. Knowing that you can change what you are dreaming while you are dreaming comes of great interest to me. Being able to do whatever I want without any type of fear sounds like a great way to dream. I can dream about anything I want so with my newly found information I will make sure to tell everyone about this so they can try it out for themselves.
