Very informative and enjoyable

I’ve also made Stromboli and Calzones from the dough. Your video really answered my questions and made me consider some others and when all is said and done, I’m just enjoying myself creating new pizza combinations. Your video was very informative and I enjoyed it a lot. I’ll keep working on finessing it to perfection. There is one problem though, now all the neighbors want my pizza because they say its better than anything pizza peels here in Spokane, WA. I had been struggling for so many years with lackluster results. Each pizza thereafter got me even closer. The first pizza I made was pretty close to Freddies. I used to live in south Chicago and I frequented a pizza establishment called Freddies on 31st street near Halstead. My first pizza came out great. Thank you again for the great information. The dough hook takes all the work out of the dough preparation.
