Where to Buy Cheap Care Packages

Since I have been fortunate in my life, I like to help out charity causes yearly.  I have been thinking a lot about our service men and women and the sacrifices they make for the country.  Although they are not charity cases, I think they could use some help.  I am looking for a place to purchase cheap care packages in bulk.  I would like to send a thank you to as many members of our military as possible.  I have $50,000 to spend.  I would like to get the best deal possible, and preferably not have to pay high shipping and handling charges.
