High cholesterol and cholesterol diet

High cholesterol is the number one enemy for our heart and body acording to Combat The Fat review, that is why people with high levels in their body are usually more susceptible to heart attacks and need to follow a particular cholesterol diet. There are two types of cholesterol, the LDL, bad as we call it, and the HDL, which is the good one. LDL should be low and HDL higher, that is why some foods need to be included to our daily cholesterol diet, since prevention is always much better than the cure. Low fat diet which is though high in fibre, with many vitamins and minerals are absolutely essential. In most cases combination of cholesterol diet with some exercise can perform miracles.
