Reaching Maturity

April 3rd, 2010 by admin

After you purchase a teacup pigs for sale, you’ll find your piglet can reach adolescence very quickly, so your want to be prepared for some new behaviour that you may not be aware of. Pigs will start to display sexual behavior at about 5-6 months of age. If your teacup pig is a household pet,  you’ll want to have your pig pig spayed or neutered. To prevent you from raising teacups, the breeder in which your purchased your piglet will most likely have done this before you ever receive your new pet. Having your piglet fixed will early will prevent him from becoming so aggressive or even domineering. People who don’t have their pigs fixed early soon realize that their pig is picking up negative habits that they may exhibit into adulthood.
