Cottage Real Estate Buyers Will Have To Pay The New Tax

Many people who live in the city often try to escape to the country or rural areas to take part in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, were swimming. If you do that enough times you want to consider buying a piece of Wasaga Beach real estate and there was some concern that this might not be affordable to many college buyers in the second half of 2010 with the introduction of the new HST. However the government was lobbied to reduce the amount of the charge for new construction homes to ease the pressure on builders. Builders and developers got their wish but unfortunately unless you are a permanent resident you’ll still have to pay tax.
