Working Around The Boiler Training

The client orders are coming in fast and there is a deadline on each piece we work on to get it out on time for the customer who is waiting for it. We pride ourselves in the fact that we are on time for our ship goals most of the time and that we send out a quality product made by people who take pride in their work. We train them to keep them marketable and to keep us competitive with the other manufacturers around us. The boiler training was worked in our day and we used a class on DVD to make it fit our schedule.
