It is time to do some debt reduction

Our debts are out of control. At first all of the home improvements seemed like such a good idea but now we have used up the whole equity line and most of our available credit cards. The time for debt reduction has come and we need to find out how to climb out of this hole with out having to sell our home. The real estate market is not doing well and I do not even think we could sell our house even if we wanted to. If we can work out a payment schedule that will allow us to pay down our debts and stay in our home that will be a solution.
