Golfers Need Fitness - Seniors Take Notice

If you’re in the 60 and older golf bracket I’m sure you aren’t hitting the ball as long as you use to. Should you blame it on age, or could it be your level of both strength and flexibility? Unless you are doing exercises and stretches you will decline physically. It doesn’t have to be that way. In fact golf fitness exercises can be so easy and yet so effective you won’t even break a sweat. So there’s no need to worry about straining or hurting yourself. All you need is some exercise tubing with handles, a pair of hand weights, and an exercise ball and away you go!
