Jump and Tuck

This exercise is called the knee tuck. Knees tucks are great exercises for jumping higher. All you have to do during knee tucks is stand straight up with your feet shoulder-width apart. Squat down and then jump as high as you can. While in the air move bring you knees up to your chest and hold them for a second. You should do this before you start falling back down. Bring your knees out to land and then repeat everything again. Do not bring your knees only halfway up to your body. If you are flexible enough they should be able to hit your chest.
