The Scenery Is Breathtaking

We used to travel a lot when my oldest son was a baby. We lived out of town and would come home to our little apartment every weekend. One of our favorite routes was to drive down this mountain canyon. The view was breathtaking. There’s a fairly good sized river that flows down this mountain. In the spring and summer, there was always fly fishing going on. When it got a little colder, the leaves were so gorgeous. We drove that canyon so many dozens of times that we sometimes didn’t really see it, but then I’d open my eyes and it would be as lovely as ever.
