Just about anyone could benefit from taking vitamins and supplements to improve their overall health. Nowadays there are supplements for just about every ailment, from low iron to lowering cholesterol levels. Supplements are also great to take for preventative measures, such as attempting to avert memory loss. I recently starting taking supplements to build up my muscle mass. I went into a vitamin store and asked the clerk her opinion on the best supplements for muscle building.
