Regarding the sysfader iexplore exe application error – Sysfader is responsible for producing the “cool animation effects” such as fading menus in and out or animating the windows and so on. To your surprise, your system actually doesn’t need sysfader on your computer. Also, if you getting errors like sysfader: iexplore.exe – application error, then you are actually better off without it.

You can get rid of this problem very easily if you follow the following steps: Press Windows Key + Pause break key. Then, go to the ‘Advanced’ tab which is under the ‘Performance’. Following this, click on ‘Settings’ under the ‘Visual Effects’ tab. Uncheck the first four check boxes which are:

“Animate windows when minimizing and maximizing”

“Fade or slide menus into view”,

“Fade of slide ToolTips into view”

“Fade out menu items after clicking”

Click on ‘OK’ and your sysfader: iexplore.exe – application error should be gone.
